Returns and Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, please contact: ursula@hirlaenderart.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Attach a photo of the item that is damaged or not meeting your expectation and include it in the email.
We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that colour calibrations often varies between devices. We recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.) to ensure that you are satisfied with the product before you place your order.
Original artwork (not eligible for return nor refund): All purchases are final.
Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Please be advised that these prints are produced and shipped by a third party which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our supplier offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
